Grapes grown from the Angeli estate vineyard and Marietta’s holdings in the McDowell Valley make this dark, spicy red named after their cellarmaster who has worked at Marietta for over three decades. Angeli is known for its rich, ripe fruit and McDowell gives the black peppercorn aromas and flavors. Almost, but not quite, restrained. Plenty to love.
