Cassoulet is a traditional French dish and
probably one of the most iconic dishes of France.
For almost 800 years the French have enjoyed Cassoulet and the ingredients can vary.
We will be featuring what is considered the more traditional recipe made with
Tarbais Beans, Toulouse Sausage, Pork Belly and Duck Leg Confit.
