Scot Bilbro masterfully blends grapes grown in the warm, rocky Angeli vineyard in warm Alexander Valley with those farmed in the much cooler McDowell Valley. Warm days and cool nights lengthen the ripening and make for a wine with firm tannins and dark cherry and blackberry fruit. You should buy a few, try one and cellar the rest.
