"Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant with light golden reflections.  The first nose is expressive, open with notes of toast and almond.  After aeration, it opens with fruity notes of peach mixed with light notes of acacia flowers.  An elegant and fresh set.  The palate is delicious, fruity, voluminous with a beautiful maturity of fruit.  The finish is slightly spicy with a nice aromatic persistence.
A delicious and fruity wine.  Ideal as an aperitif, it will also go wonderfully with Asian dishes such as sushi, sashimi, pad thai or even a chicken Bo Bun."
