Since 1930, the Faiveley family, now in the 7th generation, has owned the most vineyard land in the Chambertin appellation. To fully express the individuality of each terroir, they employ a full regimen of organic and sustainable practices, protecting the biodiversity of each vineyard parcel. The wines are aged 16-18 months in French oak, 60% new, 40% one year barrels.
