Producer's Notes:

We create this extraordinary vodka in small batches, using our freshly harvested, young Chipperbec potatoes. Fresh from the earth, we immediately get them into our mash tanks, just a short ride away. Using small pot stills, we transform our potatoes into a beautifully balanced spirit that is slightly sweet, smooth, earthy, and mildly fruity with inspiring apple aromas. While the flavors are delicate and complex, this vodka is nothing short of bold.
