Consistent colour with garnet red glints, and an ample nose with red and stewed fruit notes. A generous and very fruity wine on the palate, with a sustained silky finish.

A perfect accompaniment for a tournedos steak, grilled red meat, a farmed pigeon roasted with figs or a Charolais rib steak with a sauce Normande.

65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre.
