While we patiently wait for our whiskey to age, we've hand-selected special straight bourbon whiskey aged at least 3 years (and more for some barrels) in full 53-gallon new charred American oak barrels. With a nearly identical aging process and mash bill to our very own, we’re bringing you a taste of what's to come. Until then enjoy this unique, well-rounded, single-barrel bourbon that we've aged, proofed, loosely filtered, & bottled for your enjoyment.
History: At the confluence of the North, South, & Main branches of the Chicago River, you will find a historically significant area of the city called “Wolf Point.” Wolf Point was central to the early development of Chicago, from its humble beginnings as a settlement in the late 18th century to its incorporation as a city in 1837. It was home to the city’s first tavern, theater, hotel, pharmacy, trans-river bridge, and much more.
The labels illustrate three different prevalent theories for how the area got its name.
