Producer's Notes: 1991 was the very first vintage distilled at the Domaine d’Esperance. I have selected the 1995 for its spicy, marmalade/orange peel notes and the 1998 for its rich butterscotchy profile. All vintages are made with Bacco 22 and aged in gascon oak, first in new casks then moved into older ones. All vintages are bottled at cask strength with zero additives or filtration.
